NFA Finder ("NFA Finder," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access nfafinder.com or use our search, account, tracking, alert, and related services.

Account passwords are processed by our authentication provider. We do not receive or store your plain-text password.

  • Searches performed
  • Filters and categories selected

We may combine information collected through different parts of the service.

2. How We Use Information

  • Send listing alerts, account notices, and other requested communications
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve NFA Finder

3. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Marketing

NFA Finder may display advertising, sponsored placements, promoted listings, affiliate links, or other paid commercial content.

We may use information about searches, filters, listing views, outbound clicks, device information, approximate location, referral sources, and site activity to:

  • Select or personalize advertisements and sponsored content

  • Measure advertising reach and effectiveness

When you enable an alert, we may send messages concerning listings that appear to match your saved criteria.

You may disable alerts, change notification preferences, or use an applicable unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional, security, or account-administration messages when necessary.

We may also send promotional or marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional messages without disabling necessary transactional communications.

Alert matching is automated and may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate. Always verify listing information with the original source, seller, or receiving dealer.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Hosting and deployment
  • Database services
  • Authentication
  • Email delivery
  • Analytics
  • Advertising and attribution

  • Error monitoring

Current or anticipated providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google Analytics, and other analytics or advertising platforms.

Advertising and Business Partners

We may disclose information to advertisers, sponsors, dealers, affiliate partners, and other business partners for advertising delivery, campaign measurement, attribution, reporting, market research, and related commercial purposes.

These disclosures may include aggregated information, de-identified information, and limited online activity or device information. We do not intend to provide advertisers with account passwords or the contents of private account communications.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information:

  • To comply with law, legal process, or a lawful government request
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity
  • To enforce agreements
  • To protect NFA Finder, users, third parties, or the public

NFA Finder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

NFA Finder is operated in the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
